That's your shitty bank. Coinmetro allows you to straight away make crypto purchases, but it takes your bank around two days to acually transfer the money. Americans were taking advantage of this to commit fraud - arranging a transfer to CM, buying crypto and taking it off the exchange, then cancelling the bank transfer before it went through, thus getting free crypto - so CM were forced to put in place a block on moving crypto off of the exchange for 48 hours or so until the shitty US banks actually transferred the money. Other nationalities don't have this issue, as far as I know. I certainly don't as a Brit.
