All things considered, my odds are pretty good right now. At a baseline I know I have a 50/50 shot at having a moon mission in the next couple of weeks (SEC case is Feb 15th IIRC?). Further Ripples lawyer is the former director of security enforcement for the SEC (so that up my odds even more), and finally all of the SEC leadership team has or will be turning over with the new administration (odds are up even more)..
