The scenario I'm insinuating is that there is a positive outcome from the SEC lawsuit, giving regulatory clarity to XRP and declaring it a currency. This will cause a good deal of crypto owners to trade their holdings into XRP to ride the pump caused by the positive ruling.

Because once the regulators put the hammer down on Tether, you'll see a domino effect so fast that most people won't even be able to cash out their btc. In the meantime XRP will get pumped by institutions.
