Holy fuck my networth just hit $20k before EOY. I know it's not a lot but this feels like a r*ddit moment minus the selling for a cringe car

Poor fag here. Set a goal to reach 10k and I literally did so just before the end of the year, mostly thanks to btc mooning.
It’s a milestone for me. Gonna keep pumping btc till 100k.
Next goal is 25-30k by end of 2021. I do also need a car unfortunately.

Same here, just hit 20k this week for my ATH. Started with $800 exactly 3 years ago. I've made more retarded mistakes than I can count. If I played my cards right I could have 3-4x what I have now. But on the other hand, there have been so many pitfalls I could have fallen into, like trying to day trade my entire stack or falling for one of the many pajeet scams, I consider myself pretty lucky.

My plan now is to take it easy with a comfy portfolio of 70% BTC 30% LTC. Might not make me a millionaire, but it's pretty much guaranteed gains.

Goal is to accumulate $100k and then put into dividend boomer stocks that make me $400/month, then use that $400 to buy 16% OTM call options that expire daily on earnings reports. But yes this is risky.

Do not feel bad about the $20k. Everyone starts somewhere and the trick is time when it comes to this stuff. Most people get fucked chasing alts for gains, but hodling can get you far if you are prepared to wait longer.

I do need it, I’m no longer in Jew York city , when it comes to anything long distance it’s pretty much out of the question without a ride. That’s tons of employment opportunities that I miss because I don’t have a car (and the job requires it) or I’m way too far otherwise.
I’m 26 and have avoided a car for as long as possible because I see it was unnecessary and a waste of money when I’m in the most important years to build capital and invest. But now it’s actually seeming to be dumb not to have a car unless I get a great job close to where I live.

I hate it. I like driving but I hate that the world is built around needing it. What sucks is that even if you live in a city like New York with public transport that can take you anywhere, it’s so fucking expensive just to live there that you don’t really save anything lmao.
So there goes probably $4k (because I’m not buying a new car yet fuck that) that I could be investing into a car that’s literally only going to lose value over time.

The crash will just be a correction. BTC and many stocks have made decades worth of gains despite an economy running on a bubble.
Don't wanna get into the politics of it, as what you think happens to the bubble depends directly on your political views.
But it will be a correction. Setting BTC back a few months. Then...
...
The moon.
BTC has been heavily invested in by major world powers. There will be 1 more dump, and that will be your last chance to secure a good holding before BTC becomes the #1 world currency. 10s of millions for 1 BTC within the decade.
