received $14.8K in passive income (dividends and capital gains this year - lower than 21K in 2019 due to lower capital gains). I've modified my mutual funds to deposit the capital gains in my bank instead of reinvesting in order to invest that in my dividend portfolio as a means to get more consistent payouts.

I also sold an investment property an have begun investing that money into the stock market.
