Step 1) Buy ETH from Coinbase
Step 2) get the coinbase wallet app and connect it to your coinbase account then transfer your ETH into your Coinbase Wallet app
Step 3) go to Uniswap and connect your coinbase wallet app and then just make sure the list is changed to 1Inch and you should see PRQ. From there you will receive the PRQ in your coinbase wallet app once your ETH goes through on Uniswap
