I bought my first acreage in WA, since moved, but land there is incredibly cheap. Easy to find $1-2k an acre. Bought 22 acres for 45k, spent 10k building a cabin, sold for 78.5k 2 years later. Not familiar with this area so not sure if its realistic to get this price.

I do this..but with mobile homes

The profit is insane. Ive sold 3 so far and raking in on average of 40k per property

Also its reasonably cheap housing even after taking the 40k.

One of my former properties has a 2000 square foot 3-2 on a half acre. Paid 22k for land..8k for well amd septic and 48k for doublewide. Sold for 130k

Somebody got a house and land for 110k in 2020...thats not bad. Every listing i put up is swamped with buyers because itrs so damn cheap.

Actually every buyer has been under 40.

Incase you havent noticed...brick and mortar housing is completely out of control and out of reach for most millenials because of federal reserve policy since 2009.

People are actively looking for alternatives. And the market is big and the doublewides now are great. I get repossed from vmf financial but everyone comes a warranty.

Only faggots wouldnt consider mobile homes.

I sold this model 7 months ago to a family of 4...cash buyer on an acre of land.

Tfw own 100 acres of pristine wilderness in WV, in one of the most beautiful trail and hiking areas in the state.
Large house with ability to expand to 2700 sq ft footprint is completely paid off. Just needs some fixing up. I plan on cashing out a couple btc once it hits 50k and putting on a large addition, a cabin on the high point of the property, and a few outbuildings for homegym and office. Land $37000
home and transport $58000
Light touch up repairs $1200
Septic and well $7700
