well they can't be expected to but its not completely true either. Aside from larpers who sold every top, there were a couple people who really did pool for the Sept crash and did a cool 2x while others held from 20c, 30c down to 3 cents.

This is possible. Fans of the project are so sure that the token is undervalued they don't want to dilute it in a pool.

This stuff will have to happen naturally though. It has to be best for people to pool to do it. They have to see it. Mathing out the strength of the Balancer pool might help. For example at x liquidity a 10% pump of Btc/Eth/Snx/Link directly does y to your unpooled stack.
Then again it might get ignored because people already were able to math out Phoenix gains using the spreadsheet.
In the theme of it happening naturally, I wonder if there can be another incentive for pooling. Remember a while ago they came up with staking the BPT through another project. Although it didn't really go anywhere in practice that was a good idea that can maybe be revisited and improved upon.
