I think the shareholders win, but even them I'm not sure what becomes of the common. Even without a wind down, the treasury still owns 80% of the common through warrants.

PHOT is 2overvalued4me I just wanted to do that April 1st play which wasn't much

I am very confident MNKD will be approved. I followed a live blog of the conference yesterday and the committee was talking about post marketing research. Post marketing which means after it is marketed. Also the overwhelming yesses. 14-0 on type 1 13-1 on type 2 gives me a lot of confidence it will be approved. Given the number of diabetics worldwide and the favorable reviews of the inhaler I predict MNKD will make boatloads of money

The years high of 8 makes me think there is little danger of buying tight now as long as you hold through the 15th. Shaking of the tree is common however so are massive run ups. Since it was 6 most of last month I don't think the current price is unreasonable given the news
