Why does this matter? What does any of this matter in the long run? If BTC dips to 20k tomorrow I’ll be pissed that I bought at 26k, but it’s not going to devastate me. It will recover like it always has and will still get to 500k by 2030. You fags are too emotional

Guessing it's gonna drop again like it did 3 years ago. Why would anyone buy at current euphoria levels? Wait for the dip.

Oh, please, oh wise one, do tell me how this is going to keep going up and up? It's likely it will remain above 15k, but there will be a dip.

This happens every time. /biz/ seems to like to ignore history.

Of course there will be a dip, even a sizable ~30% pullback, but this is still early innings for the totality of this bull move so it's irrelevant.

I'd say the analog to 2017 would be where we went from ~900 in March after the ETF denial up to about 3k before a pullback to 1800.

>Of course there will be a dip, even a sizable ~30% pullback, but this is still early innings for the totality of this bull move so it's irrelevant.

Correct. I'm just saying those who came too late before this started to skyrocket, like myself for example, should wait for the inevitable dip THEN buy it. But of course, so many compulsive ones on /biz/ will FOMO hard and panic buy and post pink wojaks a month or two later telling us all to go kill ourselves.

>I'd say the analog to 2017 would be where we went from ~900 in March after the ETF denial up to about 3k before a pullback to 1800.

In simple terms, I'm trying to say that BTC will dip to another plateau as it did the last two major pumps. Might of still lost out, but one can still maximize their gains long term by waiting for the dip.

Ikr, look at that $1->$100 rise, why shouldn't it dip back to $1 again?

In 2017 there was no reason for the rally, was an obvious bubble
2020 with covid the rally was anticipated, lots of people got in, and lots of people keep getting in
There is CBDC talks, China's already launched their
Capital flight among institutions are happening and people think it'll go back to where it was before covid

Gotta be retarded not to take this recent rally seriously. And it hasn't even piqued normies' interest. When THAT happens and it flies to 60-70k THAT'S when you should short and wait until the hype's gone down and buy more of it again

This

>> No.25219283

>>25218879

Point taken. This is a new situation, but many normies will continue to attack cryptocurrency. Many have the feeling of the 'safety-net' with the dollar (besides being an illusion) and will not venture into the wild west that is cryptocurrency.

Again, however, we can see businesses give a hard pass on crypto due to its' volatility. Crypto adoption in my mind is still a matter of when, not if. I'm thinking about just waiting on the next dip then buying to maximize gains I could get.

>>25218879
>Ikr, look at that $1->$100 rise, why shouldn't it dip back to $1 again?

Oh, about that. I never said it's gonna drop back down to original price again. I'm saying newcomers should wait for the dip on the charts so they don't miss out on the extra gains.

>> No.25219327

i dont' know anno, when you look at the log chart this pump should go until at least 100k

>> No.25219759

>>25219327
Again, I think rn this could go either way: More and more people get tired of the dollar cucking them to death and adopt crypto despite the volatility.

OR

People will feel despite the cuckholdery, the dollar offers more stability with a centralized authority and offset the inevitable attention crypto will keep getting.

The legit only reason I'm waiting on BTC is because I hardly have any money to invest as of now, and I just sincerely think there will be one more major dip for it pumps HARD towards the end of 2021.
