Airbus accepted restricted shares at $3.50 btw, so I think it will go to at least that. It may crab a bit or dip next week as people take profits on the news, but keep in mind the chart's past performance.
For OPTI, there will be heavy volume and probably move like a roller coaster until the news which will trigger a massive dump. There are a lot of people that still believe it's a scam and don't want to hold it, though it's slightly possible that news can change that.

Their EV magnet manufacturing dreams are farfetched and more than likely to fall through or not be profitable and the mine they operate has failed multiple times in the past. Domestic rare earths sounds like an amazing strategic resource but turning that into a good investment without serious supply chain disruptions or war is hard.
