Xumm, or use an XRP toolkit to make a paper wallet. The latter will be more secure than any digital wallet, so long as you're not an idiot about storing your keys. I'd avoid any sort of fancy hardware wallet like a Ledger/Trezor given the exploits and database hacks those things seem to deal with.
