On top of that why does he need copies of all the rewards and end stake penalties?

The community already paid him 1 freaking billion dollars in ETH.

Disgusting, and it won't last. Also, the guy used to be a Bitcoin maxi. Well, he chose the perfect time to forego what could have been a key position in the future adoption of Bitcoin and a paradigm in finance. Instead he got rich making a shitcoin.

Also, he said "Fuck Michael Saylor."

As I already said I'm a Yuropoor; we don't have a 401k.
A little homework for you: Look up the definition of a Ponzi scheme. Does this project fill all criteria of a Ponzi scheme? Don't worry, if that's too difficult for you we can work it out together.

Let's look up some red flags from investopedia

>A guaranteed promise of high returns with little risk
BTC never promised this, your shitcoin does
>A consistent flow of returns regardless of market conditions
same
>Investments that have not been registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)
SEC says BTC is like a currency, they say nothing about your shitcoin
>Investment strategies that are secret or described as too complex to explain
Check, they promise you to get rich but never tell you where that money is coming from. You can't create money out of think air unless you're the Fed, someone else inherently has to lose money in the process.
>Clients not allowed to view official paperwork for their investment
doesn't apply to hex
>Clients facing difficulties removing their money
doesn't apply to hex

Every altcoin is going to be obliterated during the Bitcoin bullrun. They're not going to keep their relative values anymore and ride on coattails. This coin made a whole lot more sense before institutions started buying Bitcoin. Richards entire thesis for creating Hex makes no sense now. Also he owns 50% of Hex and that's always going to stop this thing from being looked at seriously.

I made a lot on Hex too, but if you didn't go all in on Bitcoin back when the institutional narrative began back at 12k, you weren't paying attention. Keep a close eye on it's performance vs Bitcoin and have a strategy when you are willing to concede. Or don't I don't care, but I strongly recommend this, good luck.

>that's crazy bro because one of the first things richard and the website tell you very explicitly is that hex promises NOTHING.
Are you fucking kidding me? When you visit the website it's screaming "look we're gonna make you rich" everywhere.
So here's how that shitcoin works:
You lock up your shitcoin for a specific amount of time. Then a smart contract repeatedly generates more of this shitcoin out of thin air and gives it to you.
How would that generate any value? If 1000 people put $1 million worth of shitcoin in, how can they pull more than those $1 million out of the system again? You can't just print dollar bills. The answer is that those who come later pay the interest of those who were there earlier, until nobody is left to enter the system and it collapses.

But the way you're writing you probably know this already and are just looking for gullible anons.
