Because its not a science for retail. Retail = speculators. The industry actually has the numbers needed to make stock go up or down. So for them they have a science because its an entirely different game.
For example, pinning. A retail investor does not have the capital to pin a stock. But the industry does. Pinning is an exact science for them. But irrelevant to retail, other than knowing when it may occur (which is speculation still).
Basically your job as a retail trader is to figure out how the jews plan to jew retail so that you can take the opposite trade and benefit. The jews push the narrative on CNBC and if you are red pilled you can see through it. Jews (from the exchanges to the brokers) are constantly trying to get retail to provide the liquidity for their desired positions.
