I have several indian coworkers (large multinational company) but they are absolutely skillless and their "work culture" is absolutely non-sensical.
They're just decades late, and clearly tries to keep up with the Western world, overall it's a disaster and I feel like my company is doing charity when hiring and paying those people.

The issue here is not multiculturalism, it's that Indian culture is clearly inferior to western and east asian culture.
It can be clearly seen even in the comparison between China and India.
India had a massive headstart with he infrastructure the British built while China kept shitting itself between 1840 and 1970 but fast forward 40 years and India is even behind Bengladesh

Can you imagine how fucking SKILL LESS indians are?

Everything we ask them to do a simple task, like a fucking SQL script, they take 2 weeks and require 5 to 10 indians to work on it.
