Chainlink team heavily censors their own subreddits and largely prevents anyone not part of the team to post. This could have serious consequences on Chainlink being established as a security. as this limitation prevents the decentralized nature and fulfills the second requirement of the Howey Test that being a common enterprise has been established and is no longer decentralized in nature. Part 1 can be established by the pre sale which was an investment of money.
Part 3 can also be easily established that the price of the token is reflected by the managerial efforts of the chainlink team. Them choosing to have control over subreddits establishes part 2. The chainlink team has to get their act together.
