But I have heard rumors that Parsiq might not like Binance listing, due to washtrading, price manipulation, botting. They have already turned down exchanges like Kucoin because they were not up to their standards. They seem to want to have the most liquidity for PRQ on Uniswap, thats why they also launched PRQboost, to increase the liquidity there.
