I’m tired of being a balding, greasy, no chinned, skinny fat, weird, friendless, charismaless, bloated, socially awkward, talentless, skilless virgin.

I’m 25, I have nothing to offer anyone. I live with chronic pain. My hair is falling out. I am getting fatter by the day. I am getting dumber by the day. I have never had a single friend in my life. I have never even flirted with a woman. I can’t sleep at night. I can barely get out of bed in the morning. I’m tired of being a worthless fucking loser. Bro I feel these. I highly recommend losing weight though. I shaved off about 10 lbs by eating less (eat breakfast normally, ramen or soup for lunch, skip dinner or have a glass of milk and some eggs/vegetables). Have some ibuprofen ready for migraines related to dieting/low blood-sugar, and definitely eat if you feel dizzy. Also, do some cardio if you don't, you know, want to die. Believe it or not, chronic masturbation is not enough exercise to sustain your gelatinous existence.

To truly change, a good first step is to take a cold shower every morning and get up early + do a prison workout.

Start with this or a similar workout in the morning, every morning. Do not take an off day until a least 2 months in, when it becomes a habit.

Save this post if you want. Basically, it boils down to this:
Step 1 Prison Workout EVERY morning
Step 2 Cold Shower after workout EVERY morning
Step 3 Read at least 100 pages-entire book every day. I'd start with
Step 4 Wash Face + Brush Teeth every night before bed (This will help psychologically with cementing the routines as a habit)

Do those three above for at least 60 days before changing the routine. Also, set an alarm for every step for the entire two months or until it feels weird not following those steps.

After the two months are up you can begin to work on your career/goals. The most important thing right now is to get back on track with yourself physically/psychologically first. Then you can focus on your career.

Honestly there is nothing here for you, or any of us. Mostly you’re determined as a winner or a loser in 99% of things from the start. Just ride out life and exercise control in the thing you’re good at. There are very few things you can starting working toward, and actually get only because you worked hard. Yet there are many things you will never get because they’re not attainable. Just like how there are things you have now that people could’ve never attained in the past. The margin of things you “can only get from working hard” is very small. And why do you want that thing anyway? Is it just some random computation in your brain that makes you want it? How many conceivable things are there to want, and why do you want this one? Most likely it’s because you don’t know about the other ones. Just hold on for the ride and do the things you’re good at. Even if it’s a simulated reality like a game or some creative project. There is nothing here for you to get through “hard work” that people in the future won’t get effortlessly.
