Every company in need of high computing power currently either has their own, or rents one. Renting one is extremely expensive, even if you book up your 5 minutes of using a google supercomputer with only a few hundred parallell cpus. Getting one for yourself is, of course, even more expensive.
Now, there are millions of neets around the world using a few % of their PCs capacities while watching hentai or browsing their favorite mongolian basketweaving foruns. They will gladly help these companys, by lending some of their combined computing power to the companies.
For a small fee of course.

RLC is only on one major CEX (binance) and it's known for price manipulation. It's not even binance US, but binance the chinese version. Ultimately when it gets listed on a wider range to be used by burgeroids, it will suffer/gain from a supply crunch because those other CEXs and DEXs need to acquire RLC to sell RLC and this will immediately cause the price to 10x, 50x and then 100x in a few months as demand goes from zero to a billion.
