I keep trying to buy the dips in Kleros to turn my suicide stack slowly into a make-it stack. But by the time I am ready to send the ETH to MetaMask the price has already rebounded. This has happened like 5 times just today.

Literally this. The question and directions are as clear as day
1. Can the outcome be known at the date of the market resolution?
2. Did Biden win the election?

It is obviously yes. Per the US constitution, the election is decided by the majority votes of the electoral college. The electoral college votes consist of each individual state’s votes. Each state decides for themselves how to figure out their vote. As of today, all states have the popular vote victory model. Biden has won enough popular votes to secure election victory. The only exception would be if they made a recount that would be done in time by Jan 6th, which they not only havent made, but nobody had any intention to do recounts, even trump. There is literally absolutely zero way to trump to have won the election. Z e r o. No grey area. He lost the election, get the fuck over it. You’re like the dems who were so delusional they kept trying to impeach him. Accept it and move on. But no, you had to bet on him and now you’re doubling down.
Keep seething fucking Trump s o y cucks. Even in his last moments he manages to fuck you out of your money.

That shit doesn't take into account the dueling electors. They were picked by the state legislature for 7 states and throw the election into a contested status. As of this moment we don't actually have a winner of the elections and it is past the deadline. So the answer is No

>> No.25036864

Do you even know what the fuck dueling electors are? They appear every election, they’re always accounted for. The way the electors are chosen are based on the party whose candidate won the popular vote. The only way the republican dueling electors’ votes become legal is if somehow the popular votes turns into their favor, which is only possible during a recount — which trump didn’t initiate
There is literally 0 way for this to turn out in any other way

Nigger, the question is simple: "Will Joe Biden win the 2020 United States presidential election?"
As of the deadline determined by the bet, is he the president elect? No and that is an objective fact. That shit is determined on the 6th of January and we are in a contested election, meaning we don't have a winner. Whether Biden will be inaugurated or not doesn't enter into it. As of the 20th of December of 2020, did Joe Biden win the elections? No

>> No.25036927

>>25036864
Not how it fucking works cunt. The dueling electors were picked by legislature, so now these states have two slates of electors. If there are objections come January 6, the president of the senate has to choose which votes will be counted. Until that date, we have no winner. At least try to understand the process you slimy piece of shit.

Thats literally a lie. Jesus Christ read the constitution and the law you stupid fuck

You lose some, not all.

Stake if you're willing to participate in the courts. If you don't want to take the risk of being in the minority vote, then I'd recommend you against it. But, you do get rewarded for your work as a juror from staking. At the end of the day, you make a judgement based on how you interpret the case to what you think is right (and which you would hopefully be in the majority with other honest jurors).

>> No.25038055

> decentralized courts

Let’s be honest there’s no real world use case for that. There’s a reason judges require 8 years of school and extensive vetting. We can’t trust random people making important decisions.

And big companies won’t trust it either, arbitration firms already exist. Token is literally not needed either.
