Remember that excitement and the feeling of euphoria you felt during the ath? You're going to feel that again in the next 9 days.

I thought the team was supposed to release the dashboard in December, is that still happening?

people keep saying the more liquidity in the phoenix pool the higher the apy, but the liquidity went up over 30k in the last week or 2 and the volume has been the same dogshit it was without that extra 30k, how much goddamn liquidity is required for the pool to produce the 30-100% returns consistently?

>>25016133
It's liq + vol. Volume is weighted more I believe. but the more liquidity the more the pool can buy/sell. You won't see much of a difference with 30k increase in liq honestly but that's like 5-6 people adding liq? Imagine 200 people adding $1000 to the pool

isnt this thing being explained as: more liquidity = more volume? how is the volume in the pool generated? by the external market price of sta? did STAnos operate differently? if the only way to get high apy from the pool is for 700k daily volume of statera on the external market, how the fuck is that sustainable?

>what if sta dies and has no volume
>btc eth link snx will surely have volume
btc eth link and snx have a lot of volume but the volume in the balancer pool is still 1k, explain?

>> No.25016893

>>25016653
yeah more liq = more volume but it's far from 1:1 in the balancer pool

STA volume helps overall for sure but more so for DELTA. Then adding DELTA to PF give you more fees on top of that. The more PF fund grows, the more volume the pool will produce (naturally since it can buy and sell bigger amounts of the other tokens)

^See how on even some of the worst days for liq/volume you're making pretty good returns

Click on volume and fee returns over the last month when volume was basically dead. Even with stagnant, bottom of the floor volume the pool was generating 3-25% APY just from Phoenix (not including the APY from DELTA + BAL rewards) which easily puts it around 50% even in the worst case scenaro. But look what happens when volume increases like it did earlier this week. APY from PF hit 80% (again, not including DELTA +BAL)

ok but lets say the pool has 100 holders, the external price of sta is going bonkers and the apy is showing 100%. where is that value coming from? people pay fees when they enter/exit but what if noone is entering or exiting, its just the same 100 holders? im assuming the balancer buying sta/selling sta is incurring fees to do so right? whos paying the fees in that scenario

The balancer platform charges a small fee from each trade which is then distributed to liquidity providers

Keep in mind that Balancer is also a DEX and generates a ton of fees on it's own

Newfag here.

a) is it worth it to acquire all the tokens for Phoenix? Or is just Delta pooling good enough.

b) if it is in fact going to to moon is it better to keep it out of a pool to avoid impermanent loss?

>> No.25017586

>>25017396
a) You can add liquidity to Phoenix just using ETH

b) Yes and no. The trick is to DCA into the pool. If you do this, IL is pretty negligible.

>>25017396

see the vid here >>25016893

IL isn't really an issue due to the APY + BAL. Towards the end of the video he shows the worst case scenario for this and it's not even that bad
