I'm crypto, you become more limited in your plays and they have to be larger, as you need much more liquidity. You're basically looking at either huge-cap swinging, or private sales and other similar OTC arrangements.

Putting 500k here and there into pre-sales with the right tokenomics etc and then dumping hard. Everything gets stretched out longer and bigger, might only make a few trades per year.
