Yes, a few days of crabbing trying to break through resistance. Once it fails to break through a few times, money will start moving away into alts. Mostly the Top 10 ones, but there will be a spill over into other ones as well, provided that they aren't total scams.

It is difficult to time this perfectly. The market is still pure speculation, like it was during the 2017 bull season. Yes, there is more "institutional" investment, but BTC in itself is still a ponzi scheme.
