ITT we let newfags know what telltale signs of a scam are. Note that this isn’t an exhaustive list, just very obvious red flags that cover a large swathe of the scams shilled here.
>project is named after a food
>project uses the phrase “liquidity locked” as a selling point; that just means you the buyer have your liquidity locked so you can’t get out when the devs dump on you
>project uses the phrase “rugpull proof” or “rug proof” as a selling point; these projects are usually anything but
>anything that uses the phrase “yield farming”, especially if it’s a food coin
>anything that claims consistent passive income gains in excess of 30%
>anything that uses memes that take the chainlink cube and simply slap their own logo on
>anything that starts with an X
