no its all about LTV (loan to value).
Currently you have to put up 100k btc to get a 65K USD loan (65% LTV).....thats because of volatility. but once volatility dampers LTV will start to go thru the roof.
think about it: Banks can have 10% reserves and loan out 10x in loans...same will happen with BTC. Once the price is 5M you will be able to get 500% LTV - so that 1 BTC will get you a loan of 25M
