I'm there too, I did not want to buy more avax just yet because I don't think it can outperform bitcoin for the moment, and I was right. Maybe after the bullrun is over next year I can consider getting more avax if they did not reduce the staking requirements then.

the cost for running a node is fixed so you'll be better off delegating
