The game is fucked, even on my 3079 my frames are terrible and the bugs make it unplayable. Cops spawn in walls and the gunplay is like something from 2005. No need to fanboy, it’s bad. It was unfinished and they knew it, but people bought it and said ah it’s not that bad like the chucks they are. There are many compilations of bugs and glitches which are absolutely laughable as if there was zero QA undertaken on the game before release.
Even if all bugs are fixed, it is BORING as fuck, I put playthroughs on to go to sleep.

Rule of thumb for modern gaming:
>Never pre order
>Never buy within the first 12 months after release
>Read spoiler free reviews to make sure it's the game you are expecting
>Buy after 12 months or more when major bugs are fixed (if decent dev) and you get it 50% (or more) off with DLC included.
