The only reason it will go above $18 again in the next year is if BTC pumps and drags it up along with everything else. It's market share in the tech field is too small and the use cases don't exist yet. In order for it to 4x+ on its own smart contracts need to be mainstream in society and there's at least a year before that. On top of that Sergey is dumping weekly to pay for endorsements and good press to try and pump the price. If you think you're gonna make it with a link stack in less than 18 months you're mistaken.
