I was browsing Zillow and there was a house I saw that’s for sale for 40k — is this just a no brainer or how could it backfire on me? Their estimate on the mortgage is 250/month and most one bedrooms around me go for $800+. Can I escape the Jews game or is this a bait

To add to this something somewhere previous owners might owe fuckton of property taxes. Look into if wherever youre located has these trick tax schemes. If you buy it you might be liable to pay those taxes
