RSR will break out of this cup/handle formation soon. Once it does the measured move could take it to about .043 but it will be in price discovery which means it can go much higher depending on supply/demand. The circulating supply for RSR is currently 9,349,999,000 RSR, which means at .043 cents the MC will be about ~402M and it will be almost in the top 50 on coinmarketcap.

In 2017 on Dec 17 XRP had a circulating supply of 38,739,144,847 XRP, and it reached $0.728 usd per token. The maximum circulating supply for RSR will be roughly 48B tokens with 52B locked in a 30-day slow wallet smart contract. RSR is rumored to have GSR as their market-maker since they are investors in the project, GSR was the market-maker for XRP during the 2017 bullrun.

RSR circulating supply will only be around ~10B more tokens than XRP and about 4B tokens more than ADA. The other tokens stay locked behind a slow-wallet and you have 30-days before any of the tokens reach the market. The last release was done for Binance and CB listings as well as to provide a little more liquidity to Huobi and Gate.io, no tokens were "dumped", even if those tokens were sold they were sold OTC and only show up as 2.5B added to circulating supply yet 1.5B are in a wallet waiting for the Coinbase listing. You can't expect a new coin that's less than 2 years old to be listed everywhere over night without having to pay or make deals with exchanges and then provide them with the adequate liquidity.

There was never a "dump" by Nevin or any of the team, this is fud. The funds were distributed to the proper exchanges and MM to make sure there was enough liquidity and the price couldn't be manipulated by whales or bad actors, you have to be able to fill the order books as a MM and make sure that PND groups can't just do whatever they want to the price. The price action needs to be organic and the liquidity needs to be real not just wash traders and other manipulators. RSR is a legitimate and serious project not some random uniswap scam shitcoin.

No, coins pay exchanges. Well, pump and dump shitcoins at least. There are some like ETH and PNK which refuse to pay cz and the centralised scummy exchanges a penny.
