Use max 5 days a week when you are working/trading. Never use on a weekend.
Use a small dose (5-10mg), never take more than your usual dose for any reason.
Adderall sets habits, start doing something productive before you take it, and try to stay focused for at least a few hours after.
If you need something extra, use nicotine (preferably not tobacco).
Do not combine with other drugs that affect dopamine.
Ideally you will use it long enough to set a habit of focused work then get off of it.

I sadly came to the conclusion that effective drug abuse isn't possible. I've spent my whole life trying to find ways to precariously balance myself in some strange state of inebriation and sharpness. Just doesn't work, it all topples eventually. You can't beat it, it's chemical. Don't start anything or try anything it won't do anything productive. Just do drugs for fun
