In tradingview on the full chart screen, in the toolbar on the left, click on the little arrow to the right of the thing that looks like a pitchfork. It's the third tool down from the top. This open an expanded menu of a bunch of different tools. For fibinacho lines you want 'fib retracement' and 'trend based fib extension'. Check youtube for how to put these on your chart. They can be iffy as you don't really know which line included in the several for a fibinacho grid is the one the chart decides to abide by, if it abides at all.
