The dec 'Dapp' isn't built upon the xsn code. They're using the 'collateral' in it, to host lighting nodes. There's no real dApp that could be built on the codec. That's why the replies are all about the btc/lightning devs.... because the xsn blockchain doesn't really do anything. any one can host a ln node.
