I don't entirely disagree with you. I've personally been too intimidated by the prospect of growing to try myself (though I'd be lying if I said legal barriers weren't a concern). However I do think that unlike cannabis, which most people don't think of microdosing and even if they do will only really deal with the effects for an hour or so, people interested in shroom therapy will be too fearful of administering their own doses. As much as I believe in the power of shrooms, I also think they need to be taken responsibly and with a proper guide.
