I need to get back to wagey cagey so I can shovel more money into crypto.

I have an employment gap of a little over a year because I quit previous job and traveled for 6 months...then corona happened so I flew home & collected unemployment since then.

I worked in microbiological testing mainly. Should I lie and say I have been working at previous job until now? Or maybe just be cheeky and not put exact dates in my resume?

Right now I'm thinking I'm gonna lie to all large corporate companies who have HR depts and be honest to all startups with small teams who probably aren't cucked yet.

Is this a good idea? Is it worth it to explain why I haven't worked since Sept 2019 and focus on memeflu or just lie and say I'm currently working there or recently left?

It depends how many years you have experience. If youre 8+ years a gap isnt a big deal imo with a decent excuse. Under that and its a much bigger deal. My excuse is going to be covid and wanting to shift away from an "on site" job out of concerns for health, if i ever need to go back to waging

I wouldnt lie about dates on my resume personally. I have lied about experience levels about stuff i knew id be fine doing eventhough i didnt actually do as much of it in the past that i said i did but i was sweating bullets even for doing that and wouldnt recommend

Thanks. I have a little over 2 years experience with 2 jobs. Basically out of college, 1 year. Quit, move on to slightly better job for another year then quit. Looks like lying will be the way to go.

I like the whole COVID-as-an-excuse benefit of all the hysteria haha

Maybe I will just not put exact dates on my resume and lie by omission. Leave up my LinkedIn profile as if I am still working at last job..."oops" forgot to update it if I ever get asked

Lying can be tough and every job i had asked me specific dates multiple times so dont get it mixed up. Even with 2 years experience the truth could work if you can explain the precovid part of needing what amounts to for normies who demand you work like an ant a vacation in thailand. The main thing theyll want to know is will you be a wagie ant like they want or will you be a laid back thailand tourist hippie coming in late and not working. If you can prove your drive in the interview like: i took 6 months to start my own business that failed then covid hit. Youd be better off than stumbling over err uhh april i meant may

Thanks, I appreciate it. Good points.

If youre legit coming back as a good worker than remember they need you, not the other way around. Honestly who cares if you took time off? Its just HR bullshit. But lying is more reprehensible so dont get caught, keep in mind companies talk to each other. I would know since i jumped around so much

Can I invest in crypto if my income mostly comes from welfare?

>> No.24760196

Step 1: find business that closed/moved/merged recently
Step 2: say you worked there until XYZ happened and the business had to let you (and many people) go because of THEIR problems.
Step 3: if they ask for a previous boss’s recommendation/reference, set up fake gmail and burner phone, when they contact give glowing review of yourself

If its capital gains, yes. If its income such as dividends, bitcoin/ethereum mining, or APY farming income, then no. To my understanding
