You can be hired off the street. I think here it is supposed to be a 10-1 inside/outside rate. I'm in a fairly large hub and they need drivers. Start of covid they were hiring nonstop. Now a lot of season drivers but from what I understand it's pretty rare for them to stay on. I went through training years ago and there were people that had just put in their 30 days inside PT and started signing the driver bid list and got it. I'm not sure how to get hired off the street.
