No one is shorting anything and you are an idiot if you dump before the snap shot. The price of xrp is being kept artificially low by those that are rolling out it. They know the demand is increasing at the 11th hour so they are dumping accordingly to keep the price around sixty cents.

They will not let this thing run away moon, not yet, maybe not ever. Xrp is a slow boil, it's a snake coiled in the corner awaiting its masters command to strike.
