It's a useless token. Very low usage. Most of what it does is completely obsolete by proof of stake transaction speed improvements. It doesn't seem to store data, but rather outsources cloud computing capabilities. I have been fudding RLC for a long time now and no one can give me an example of a single dApp that would benefit from using RLC's services rather than creating their own server.
