they are watched, as soon as satoshi wallets start to move funds, bots on every exchange will start shorting BTC.
everyone will anticipate a huge dump and the mining could be even fucked with to stop this which would ruin BTCs safety and trust.
so basically if satoshi wanted to dump he couldnt do it, he wouldnt be able to cash out because of all the bots that would frontrun his trade.

maybe satoshi will never move his coins. maybe they are some sort of samson option to fuck it up in case something goes wrong.
