I'm from Europe so I use DEGIRO but if you're from the USA and only have spare change to play with then Robinhood is unironically the only one.
Yes you can start with 100$ and reach 1k just by swinging new IPOs at the beginning maybe. Some new ones are AIRBNB and c3.ai that get listed sometime this week. They usually all pump after an initial pullback just like shitcoins.
Once you reach 1k then maybe you can start taking some risk with options during earnings dates.
Basically if the rumors for the company are goody then you buy calls, if they are bad you buy puts. Always remember that usually stocks dump right after earnings, so as always, buy the rumor sell the news.
Covered calls are also safer than options but you're not going anywhere with less than 1k with that.
Once you're around 10k you can also start looking into dividend/value stock just to hedge the meme trades
