My main concerns are clinical honestly you can't be certain a drug vaccine or whatever is safe for years if you've tested it only for months. mRNA vaccines have been a tool of the future of the past few years and now we're administering them to the whole population. What all governments are doing here is deciding to hope that the vaccine will have no long term side effects in order to bring the economy back and stop this insane pressure on the healthcare system before they have to put more money into healthcare again.

About the UK I wish but there's not gonna be enough time to see long-term effects. The vaccine will become obligatory in the first world before that. Personally, I'd rather get vaccinated with an inactivated or live attenuated vaccine but I don't think I'll have the choice.
