if you want to get into this specifically, I’d recommend checking it out on Coingecko. All of the supporting exchanges should be listed. RE: crypto in general, I’d get the Metamask browser extension and also register an account on Binance or Coinbase.
If you happen to also be a leaf, Shakepay is recognized by the gov’t and it’s easy to buy Bitcoin and Ethereum (the top two cryptos with the most trading pairs).

Your best bet is probably Uniswap atm, but I didn’t bother checking the other anon’s link.
If what you’re looking for isn’t listed on Coingecko atm, it will be soon - especially with the name behind the project.
You’ll probably want Metamask if you’re going to toil with Uniswap. Probably the easiest way to get things done desu

Its a legitimate project, but I dont really think that it will be sucessfull in the long run. But due to the name of the founder (and if it gets listed on a mainstream exchange) I would exspect it to at least make a 5 times gain.
