This anon is right. The number one risk of Juniors is dilution. If the price of pms manage to crab, you will be diluted because they have no other way to get capital. Buy anti-dilutive securities like warrants, convertibles, and rights whenever they are an option.

Thunderstruck is creating value right now via drilling. One of their drilling programs is a joint venture with JOGMEC who are fully funding exploration, the other drilling program was funded through private placements (dilution). It is reasonable to assume the share price will go up more thanks to drilling creating value than it goes down due to new shares

>> No.24541372

>>24541292
There is going to be 62.6M total shares.
Under the terms of the Agreement, immediately following completion of the NML Reorganization with the Tata Steel Group (as described below) NML will effect a consolidation of the issued and outstanding common shares in the capital of the Company (“NML Shares”) on a 12-to-1 basis (the “Consolidation”) that will result in 11.1 million NML Shares issued and outstanding prior to giving effect of the shares issuable to Abaxx shareholder in connection with the Transaction. Following the Consolidation, the Agreement provides that NML and Abaxx will be completing a business combination transaction, pursuant to which the NML Shares will be issued to holders of common shares of Abaxx (“Abaxx Shares”), including Abaxx Shares held by Convertible Debenture Holders, on the basis of 0.809 post-Consolidation NML Share for every one (1) Abaxx Share resulting in the issuance of 51.2 million NML Shares. The deemed issue price of NML Shares issued to Abaxx is approximately $0.99 per share (or $0.08 pre-Consolidation) which represents a 27% premium to the closing share price of NML prior to announcement of the Transaction. The deemed issue price implies a Abaxx share price of $0.80 and equity value of $50.7 million, including the conversion of the Abaxx Convertible Debenture (as defined below) and Private Placement (as defined below).

After giving effect for the reorganization of NML (the “NML Reorganization”), as previously announced on August 5, 2020 and the Transaction, the Resulting Issuer will have approximately 62.6 million Resulting Issuer shares outstanding (post-Consolidation), of which 17.8% will be held by NML shareholders and 82.2% will be held by current Abaxx shareholders, which includes conversion of the Abaxx Convertible Debentures (as defined below) and the Private Placement (as defined below).

I think the entire share count will be open on the float. From what I am understanding though, most seed investors are in this for the long haul so you can consider 83% of the shares off the market. That would give it a float of about 10.6M shares or around $50M CAD. This "Could" do a moonshot based on a small float once word gets out.

Your daily reminder not to trust Hitlerites and Greenbackers.

https://www.garynorth.com/public/department141.cfm

Whether you have a central bank print paper money, or have the government do it directly, MMT and communism are just as evil.

For decades now, every thread has had infiltrators from /pol/ virtue-signalling about Jews in every post, triple-bracketing every other word, promoting communist, neo-Nazi, Greenbacker rubbish like A History of Central Banking and the Enslavement of Mankind. Expect those whom you attack to fight you back.

Wrong. Printing money for productive hard work being done is the best way to manage an economy. Germany was the most prosperous country in Europe because they routed the usurious banking system. Everyone else was in a great depression. If everyone in the country does PRODUCTIVE work, then we can be exponentially more wealthy. The system is set up to extract capital for private consumption for the owning class. If you don't allow people to do that then we would all be working 10 hour work weeks and be have an insane amount of leisure time.

Private interests, of course.
>You don't get to complain when private interests start rigging the system when they take power, they can and will every time. There is no third option.
I'd argue that some basic constitutional laws related to trade could make consolidation of power less of a problem. First of all, the lack of central planning would mean that if there is a recession or a depression, companies and banks and people would be in risk of bankruptcy, meaning many big companies that are being propped up by stimulus today would fall. Second, and this is very important, is that there should be laws regarding product lifetime. Planned obsolescence is a vehicle of consumerism that drains citizens of their wealth, wastes resources and generates trash. It must be illegalized and there must be product lifetime minimums especially regarding technology. Products can be made to last, therefore they should be made to last. Third, lending requires strict laws too. Especially important in my opinion is that risk is shared with the creditor and the debtor. That way, mal-investments and excessive leveraging are naturally avoided.

Thank you for listening to my TED Talk.

Well, you had a free market for a long time and what happened? Banking interests took it over and have been plundering the world for 100 years.

Why not allow for the state to control the bank for the benefit of the people instead of private robber barons/oligarchs. These private interests have bankrupted the economy, shipping our capital overseas for short term profits.... like... everything you are asking for has been tried, usurped, and been a horrible catastrophe.
WW2 was fought to prevent Nationalism and the people in control of banking. Three world empires came together to destroy the National Socialists. Why don't you reflect on that.

>Well, you had a free market for a long time and what happened? Banking interests took it over and have been plundering the world for 100 years.
True, but that's why I proposed some of those constitutional laws. Of course laws can be changed through lobbying, or they can be ignored if they're not enforced properly but I'd say that the banks taking over the economy could be avoided with laws like those. Also, many of those banks would've fallen already had it not been for our governments getting into bed with them.
>Why not allow for the state to control the bank for the benefit of the people instead of private robber barons/oligarchs.
"For the benefit of the people" is what governments always try to do, and they tend to fail miserably at it. The most efficient way to allocate resources is through a free market. Governments get into wars and waste resources. Not to mention, governments bail out failing banks and companies. Governments controlling the economy is not optimal!
>These private interests have bankrupted the economy, shipping our capital overseas for short term profits
Ironically, these same accusations can be said about governments.
>everything you are asking for has been tried, usurped, and been a horrible catastrophe
I don't know of an economy where planned obsolescence is illegal, and I don't know of an economy where the creditor shares the risk with the debtor.
>WW2 was fought to prevent Nationalism and the people in control of banking. Three world empires came together to destroy the National Socialists
WW2 was fought exactly because of nationalism. Because governments had a raging hardon for being greater than they need to be. Because the economy was so god awful in Germany that they decided to turn the whole country into a war machine so that all resources went to waging war. I'm simplifying things as WW2 was a much more complicated ordeal but the bottom line is that WW2 clearly showed that governments should not control the economy

Germany did great when the government was explicitly Nationalist and the state ran the bank. It's also the most taboo topic imaginable. It's the one thing you can not talk about without the government throwing you in jail for a thought crime. Nationalism is the big taboo. You are more redeemable as a pedophile than you are as a National Socialist. Reflect on that, because I do not have the time to discuss this much further. I've read Human Action and Man, Economy and State, and have since moved on. Libertarianism is a rubix cube for midwits to play with while the private interests exercise REAL political power. Nationalists want the political power working for the people. You're advicating not taking power and actually giving it away. This is a losing strategy and you are allowed ot have your opinions on this BECAUSE it can not win.

Then why, pray tell, did Germany think it was in its interests to start occupying and waging war? Could it be the state ran out of resources because of misallocation and had to go get said resources from somewhere else? That couldn't be right?
>You're advicating not taking power and actually giving it away.
I'm willing to concede that government regulation is necessary to keep the playing field fair, especially when it comes to planned obsolescence (+ let's add recycling to the mix, extremely important for resources & environment) and money lending. Full free market would indeed cause the private side to gain too much power, I think.
But I don't think that centralizing the economy to the government will ever be a good idea. Leads to a poor nation, I'm afraid.

What is the difference between Bitcoin and our current banking system?

People keep telling me that Bitcoin is peer-to-peer, that it has no middleman, no third party that can stop transactions or inflate the currency.
This is a lie.
Bitcoin has a third party without whom the entire system collapses, a middleman who can both stop transactions and inflate the currency by double spending - the miner.
>b-bb-b..but! the miner needs 51% of the hash power to do that!!
Yes. Indeed. The miner needs 51% of the hash power to block transactions and inflate the currency.
Just as the banking system needs 51% of all political and military power to block transactions and inflate the currency within their region of operation.
If a banking system with less power attempts to block transactions or inflate currency within the region of a more powerful system - he will be ousted, much as the miner with 49% hash power attempting to block transactions/double spend.
>b-bb-b..but! if the miner blocks transactions or double spends he will undermine his own wealth and destroy bitcoin!!
And what do you think the banker is doing?
The banker can temporarily expand his own wealth and power by inflating the currency and blocking transactions he deem undesirable but in the long run it will destroy the very currency and power structure that underpins his position.
>s-ss-s..so! that means the miner would never do it!!
The miner, just like the banker, may end up having no other choice.

At the end of the day what the banker and the miner does is to control the financial system.
Anyone who controls a financial system will face a very angry crowd if they do not please the masses.
Miners may just end up having to face the decision of double spending and blocking transactions or death - much like the bankers who are caught between an angry pitchfork crowd who would undoubtedly kill them if things got bad enough and a mathematical reality of whits end at the other.

This is why we will always revert to gold at the end of every currency collapse - gold, unlike Bitcoin/fiat cannot be controlled from the top down. No amount of computing power, political power or military power will ever allow you to print it or block it's transactions, save killing all it's transactors.

Bitcoin thus is no different from the banking system of today - in both system it is might that makes right. In one a might of hash, the other the might of swords. Of course in the end hash will either bend to the sword or sword will bend to hash.
Bitcoin is a kratocracy through and through. It will lead to nothing but bloodshed and tyranny.

guess that depends on the business. Over here you need a degree if you want to be a plumber or an electrician for example, plus you need permits for certain jobs. Same goes for building a house, you need to have education in addition to the permits over here in Finland

Yes, I'm trying to polish some creative skills to do an IG page for fun. Maybe I'll be able to work from my passion in a long time. Meanwhile I'm holding educative conference to NGOs, this is how I got the gov reviewing thing. I have another thing cooking and it's like a campaign about a certain topic that would bring me to the spotlight locally and raise my status from young jackass to de facto expert on the topic.

Two advices if you want to rise wherever you want :
1) find a purpose. What's your goal ? It's hard to be motivated by money trust me on that one. What makes you angry ? Homelessness ? Child abuse ? Elves ? Just research what makes you angry, how it is, how it could change, and start to speak about it at your local associations, make a blog about it or a yt channel. You will be impessed by the results.
2) Actually do something you enjoy. Don't write a blog if you hate writing. Don't do youtube if you find editing painful.

Those two advises seems like big memes you find in self-improvement books but it works actually. Go for it my finnbro

Again, I'm 22. I only have HS diploma and I'm comfortably working a warehouse job with some nice benefits and great coworkers. Graduated my conscription three years back, had its ups and downs but I had fun. Started going to the gym at work this year but they closed it due to the coof so I have slacked off for months now. I've been very interested in the mining industry, been going full autist on those mining stocks and really interested in the industry so that's one I guess. Been even having daydreams about maybe going prospecting one day or even being part of an exploration company. Not sure if it's something I would actually want to do but that's been something I've been working on recently. Been helping anons learn about the industry and made a pastebin for helpful links last thread. I'm very happy to have fallen down this rabbit hole!

I've also taken singing lessons from a private teacher. I've over 10 years of choir singing history and decided that I want to sustain that skill. It's expensive, €30 a lesson, but I feel very fulfilled when I get to stretch my singing muscles and even learn something new about singing even though it's definitely not something I'd want to do as anything else than a hobby. I also want to start taking piano lessons again since I only had that hobby for a year until I just kind of stopped.

Also, I've started trying to learn about different skills from my father who I know has a lot of knowledge and experience he's never really taught me. Just a week or two ago he taught me how to restore and renovate a cupboard. My parents buy and take in used wooden furniture that they then restore and paint and sell online for a profit, they do that as a side business. My father used to build houses with my uncle as a business before the 1990's depression so he knows pretty much everything necessary about construction and woodwork. Now he works as a fire marshal. Also learning to grow food mushrooms from my coworker

mixed bag I know

Definitely diversify a little bit more if you ask me. Personally, I'd ditch Bayhorse and Barrick. Don't really know much about the other companies other than that they've been recommended here, Ascot was recommended by Pan Man if I remember correctly. Why ditch Bayhorse? Only because I don't think they can really ramp up to production like they've promised. Too risky and other more interesting companies out there imho. And I'd ditch Barrick because I dislike divvies and because juniors just have more space for growth.

So I'd reallocate Barrick & Bayhorse elsewhere and I'd invest in maybe at least 4-6 different companies in addition to the ones you already have. I'd add some exposure to base metals (copper at least), more exposure to gold and maybe a little exposure to uranium/lithium.

Like I get that selling after a moonshot will get you more money short term, but you have to have a buyer on the other end and the only reason people will ever invest is if it is possible in the end to get paid buy the company part of the profit. In the case of very small juniors, are people investing in the hopes they get purchased buy a larger dividend paying company? If not then it's no different than ponzi scheme. Am I missing something?

Thanks Mr. Man. Glad to have your help and experience. I've already asked plenty and I'll gladly ask more if any questions come to mind.

By the way, I finally went through Firefox Gold. You were right, they're a very interesting explorer. I'm happy I finally got to do that. Sold my CCW shares at a tiny profit and just put some money into FFOX instead. They're incredibly active in getting new properties in Lapland around their current claims at the Central Lapland Greenstone Belt. I'm honestly impressed, I thought they'd have a couple of tiny claims but they've reserved a huge total landmass to explore! Their neighbors at Rupert Resources just south of FFOX's new Sarvi & Lehto claims have also come out with great drilling results, and they've even got property just 21km away from Agnico Eagle's Kittilä Mine which is the largest gold producing mine in Europe. Just wonderful stuff!

I actually came across a pretty interesting and fairly recent till sample related study conducted by GTK here in Finland. I guess those government goons aren't just eating tax payer money lol. Anyways it's a study testing which BOT sampling techniques are the best for soil sampling & bedrock sampling. A short TL;DR would be that sonic drilling is a great method for taking till samples, but good old test pits remain a great economic method when you're prospecting unfamiliar ground. Here's the PDF, I hope it's of any help to you: http://tupa.gtk.fi/julkaisu/specialpaper/sp_057_pages_011_022.pdf

Looked at only a few so far. Gone through one that is primarily a copper developer as well as two that have copper properties/potential for copper. The full-on copper junior in question is Braveheart Resources. Their Bull River Mine has a large stockpile of mined ore that needs to be milled and they're looking to begin production in 2021 if everything goes right. They've got a lot of debt though and something about the project seems off so I'm just looking for now.

The other two are exploration companies that I'm invested in: There's Thunderstruck Resources with multiple very interesting prospects proximal to each other. They've got two high-grade zinc-copper VMS properties, a gold-copper porphyry project as well as a gold-silver project. They're currently beginning a drilling program for the Au-Ag project and will continue drilling another one of their VMS properties with their JV partner when they've first confirmed targets with their ongoing IP survey. The last is Mammoth Resources. They've an interesting intermediate exploration stage gold/gold-copper porphyry ground in Mexico. The project was originally a JV with Centerra but since Centerra retreated entirely from Mexico Mammoth got back full ownership. What's amazing though is that Centerra had prepared the property for drilling, and had made over 100 drilling targets! There is a lot of free gold found in the soil and old drilling projects provided great results. The company is trying to consult an experienced geologist and do an IP survey and then finally do a big drilling program next year. I managed to cop a few thousand shares at 0.055CAD but seeing how much the share price is going up due to consolidation I've been thinking about grabbing a few thousand more. It's at 0.09CAD now and third party analysts estimate a fair value of over 0.20CAD for the share.

That's about it for now but I've many companies in my sights. Pan Man's recommendation Surge Copper just blew up a few days ago

because the market makers control the markets. when you have lots of money to swing around, you can influence the price. I realized this immediately when I got into crypto and started trading shitcoins on exchanges with low liquidity. In this instance, we are most absolutely going to be seeing a metal/commodities boom because the USD has effectively been devalued so much that people are going to need to search for yield. Those who held cash on the sidelines before this whole market went crazy this year, will at some point (when it's too late), realize that they can't afford to hold cash any longer (see: Venezuela et al). On the other hand, they are seeing people get rich in the stock market (due to brrr), but don't want to FOMO into that (altho some will), because P/Es aren't correctly valued. Next, they will try to look for assets that have historically hold value like precious metals. So Mr. Sheklestein and his posse will start to acquire cheap shares by:
1. shorting it
2. buying shares cheap
3. longing it
4. selling shares higher
there's also the rumor of muh COMEX etc etc and how SLV isn't fully backed by the reserves and that's why you should buy something that's audited like Sprott's PSLV or PHYS, so this may be a game to alleviate some of the delivery pressure (to get people to capitulate and sell), but I'm not sure if I actually believe that. You literally can't bet against jews because they control the money (aside from the PM stacks you hold, obviously).

Surge Copper is one of my favorite juniors right now, but keep an eye on Serengeti Resources, they have a number of mid stage copper gold moly projects around BC. Seabridge Gold also holds major copper / gold / silver / moly projects such as the KSM prospect, a massive set of mountain wide ore bodies which has been heavily explored. Other major copper exploration projects include the Galore Creek Project owned by Teck Resources. I know there are a bunch of these projects on the go else where as well.

If fiat currency continues to debase, and the global currency crisis continues to unfold, all commodities will continue to rise in real terms.

copper is a doubled edged sword because the demand is coming from the industrial demand use case(mostly the anticipation of increasing 'electrification' of the world) and the capital flight into commodities demand.

As the fiat crisis unfolds, we will see a panic exit out of paper ponzi assets and a scramble for real commodities and things of tangible value. We have already seen China relentlessly pursue real goods across the worlds(look at how much of australia they have acquired).

This is what makes copper one of the best commodities to be investing in right now imo, because its hedged for various economic outcomes.

>>24557079
I'm in Oroco and got in around the same time as you, I'll probably go deeper in because based on the recent studies its likely still undervalued for what they're sitting on and the location they have.

I'm also in C3 metals, they originally were focused on a few copper projects in Jamaica which I figured for a good location because of the existing bauxite production. They recently shifted focus and bought up a porphyry stake in Peru by some other operating mines.

yes focus on copper porphyry deposits, there easy to drill / explore and most of the major investors are keen on them because they usually end up being huge long term open pit operations. Look at the Highland Valley Copper Mine in BC for example, that project said they would be completely done mining by 2010, now they think the ore will continue til 2060 at least. These deposits are massive mountains of copper and other metals.
