I have an old, offline, high res digital camera that I take pictures with. All private keys and seeds are backed up as a photo on SD cards and kept secret in a book. I use keepass only for a metamask password that I use only in one place. The seed is written down in a notebook and I've never put it in a password software or anything. How safe am I? I assume my 2fa protects me since the seed is nowhere else but on a piece of paper on my person.

Solid idea except use a chrome book instead of your old laptop. Google chrome OS security. It’s very good. It just use Linux. And you don’t need to connect to internet.
I had a laptop corrupt my sd card once when it crashed. I had to reformat the sd card. Thinking about this happening to someone and they lose their crypto makes me physicality sick. Please don’t lose your money.
