Look up the token on coingecko. Scroll down and look for the part that says Exchange. Click the Uniswap link "ERSDL/ETH". Create a Metamask wallet. Send ethereum to the wallet. On that Uniswap page connect your wallet in the top right. Pick how much you want to exchange. Then copy the eRSDL contract from coingeck. In your metamask wallet look for the Assets tab.
