Meta gov is point of cvp. imho cvp holders will elect powerpool politicians in the future to be represantive figures of powerpool. Just like any capitalist society. About staked tokens: there is no UNI staking through 1st index. But there can be proposal to make second index for it (e.g hegic to buy staking lots, or perp to stake perp for fees) But e.g YFI will give you incentives to vote (yCRV). So in reality there is wYFI in index. Real YFI will be used to stake in YFI gov contract --) yCRV. Sold yCRV will be probably used to incentizive voting with CVP (you have to ´make´votes with CVP). I think YFI team make deal with PWP to allow this because they trust CVP holders and big brains behind it (proposals are interesting, some big brains already there, and we are in day 1) So it´s just one big incetizived circle. This is why I´m skeptic even if I hold bag. It will work out and we will be rich, or there will no demand and we lose all. We will see, it´s interesting concept never seen before.
