We just got a 15M delegation from IOG (IOHK). Also, the performance is calculated over 30 days. Over time, the rewards ever out. Every epoch we don't produce a block, the chance to produce a block increases for the next. Now, with the 15M from IOG, we'll make blocks every epoch. Total average ROS of Cardano is about 5.1%
