I do sometimes, I try not to at places I go regularly because it just adds up and I don't want them to just expect tips every time they see me. I plan on giving out a few Christmas cards with money in them to some of my favorite people who work at places I frequent.

I refused tips based on the person when I worked delivery. Anyone who lives in an shit shack I told to keep their money. No one who lived in a nice house ever offered to help me and most of the time would run inside and wait for me to leave and never offered me a tip.
