I had 3 finalist. 2 white guys who were younger and earlier on their careers with JDs and a black woman with an accounting background with no CPA and no graduate level education but with 10 years of experience at the same level. On the hiring panel was 2 upper level executives. The upper level executives no'd both of the white guys, despite me giving them the thumbs up and me being the main hiring manager, basically indirectly forcing me to hire the black woman. The girl at the counter was very nice about it and professional, and was like “Sir, you need to pay for those first.” At first he kept pretending to be tired and not hear her, but eventually turned back around and brought them to the counter.
When she took one of the bars and started scanning it multiple times, he stopped her and told her to scan them each individually “to prevent any electrical infetterence,” and then turned around and winked at me. I don’t even think that’s a word. After she scanned each bar and put them in a bag and started to say the price, he kept interrupting her by yawning really loudly.

I don't disagree with any of your statements. It's funny you mention George Floyd, as I was one of the few individuals who didn't buy into the whole psyop. I tried having a conversation with my friends (some who are white) about the truth about that incident and how George Floyd was a criminal to begin with but they immediately shut me down and got mad at me for not supporting the BLM movement. I agree that blacks do have worse encounters with the police BUT what people seem to avoid talking about is why most of those encounters happen. If we as a people would stop breaking the law, we wouldn't have bad experience with cops nor would we be profiled by them.. The whole nigger culture is self destructive. BLM is self destructive. Why did we go out and destroy innocent peoples property for no reason? I feel bad for all of the small business owners that got screwed by the protestors. Our current society pisses me off.
