I already do it. I use two cold wallets. I call one legacy and the other segwit. When I want to sell bitcoins, I transfer them from the legacy wallet to the segwit wallet, wait some days, then transfer from this wallet to the exchange. The address going outbound is always a segwit or a bech32 address.
So I would only need to KYC this wallet, and wait a month instead of some days. In this way, I can use the excuse of payment for some autonomous job, since I'm unemployed.
